Designed this character for fun and so I could make a turn-around (my first to be exact!).

I wanted to make him look authoritative, a respectable man who has a soft side underneath. He has a few cat toys/accessories and badge to show what branch he belongs to.

This was also my first time doing a more stylized cartoon-ish character so that was fun too.

Started off with a sketch and ended up making a whole turn-around for him.
